Hey Mama

As the school year winds down and the craziness of school takes a break, summer fun is just around the corner! But if the thought of keeping everyone entertained feels a bit overwhelming, don’t worry—we’ve got some awesome tips to help you kick off summer feeling refreshed and ready for adventure!

Reevaluate Your Routine
Take some time to reflect on your current daily routine — what’s working well and what isn’t? Summer is the perfect opportunity to make adjustments and try new things. It could be something simple like dedicating time to include a family walk after dinner.

Set Personal Goals
Embrace the summer by setting exciting personal goals! Whether it’s diving into a new fitness routine, focusing on personal growth, or indulging in some much-needed “me time,” having clear goals adds a sense of purpose and direction. Keep a notebook on your bedside table or kitchen counter to jot down random to-dos and prioritize your summer adventures.

Summer Bucket List
Gather the kids and create an epic summer bucket list! Think zoo trips, fun picnics, and adventurous road trips. This will build excitement and give everyone something to look forward to. Make it even more interactive by having the kids draw and decorate the list on a large poster board to reference it over the coming months.
