Hey Mama
The holidays can be a stressful time with so many traditions, expectations, and obligations. Some traditions like baking cookies or seeing the Nutcracker might be cherished and meaningful rituals worth keeping. Others like fighting hordes at the mall on Black Friday or sending holiday cards may leave us drained. Let’s reconsider which activities energize us and which we’d be better off leaving behind.
