Holiday Reset Soundbath & Yoga Flow

Let go of the stress of the holidays, and come back to center with a Healing Holiday Reset.
There will be a grounding meditation & intention setting ritual. Flow will be for all abilities mindfully releasing both body & mind. The intention will focus on bringing balance to the body, and releasing any tension or stress from the Holidays. Refill your cup & restore in this morning dedicated to you. Light snacks, tea & a take-home gift will be provided, along with all props needed for flow & soundhealing.
