One way to really make some movement on reducing your mental load is automating things. Luckily, we’re living in a time where the internet exists. One thing that weighs heavily on me is the upkeep of my home and all the to-dos that come with it. Welcoming in 2023 with open arms and full hearts! I’m so excited about this community and its opportunities this year. At the top of the priority list is one of two reasons I started this group, to help reduce moms’ mental loads and support their enjoyment of the momming journey. It’s all too much, and a major focus for me is less time doing and thinking, to give me more time hanging out with my incredible kids (not biased at all).
